Coach Bergman brings elite college level instruction to athletic clubs through his unique combination of education, competition, and inspiration. Coach Bergman's philosophy of mental toughness, mindfulness, and positivity is the backbone of each training session.
Coach Bergman is currently an assistant lacrosse coach at Harvard University. He brings 7 years of coaching expertise, including international experience and the past three seasons coaching Division 1.
Following his career as a 1st Team All-American lacrosse goalie at Wesleyan University, Coach Bergman coached at the grass-roots level in Israel while pursuing his masters degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation at Tel Aviv University. Coach Bergman is also finalizing his Yoga Teacher 200hr certification through the Yoga Alliance.
From coaching in the Ivy League to grassroots efforts in Israel, Poland, Belgium, and Kenya, Coach Bergman's passion for developing young athletes sets him apart.

Each session will begin with a 10 minute motivational talk on the value of positivity, mental toughness, and togetherness.
Capitalizing on the inspirational energy, Coach Bergman will lead 10 minutes of dynamic stretching, and sport specific warm up.
After our stretch, we will jump into 20 minutes of athletic development stations. The focus for this segment will be hip strength and flexibility, core strength, balance, explosiveness and change of direction.
Next will be our competitive segment. Using game-like competitive scenarios, Coach Bergman will emphasize the value of positive comunication and body language.
We conclude our sessions with a yoga flow. Connecting breath to movement, Coach Bergman uses this time not only to stretch and decompress, but as an opportunity to teach the basics of mindfulness.
Prior to our departure, participants will have an opportunity to reflect on what they learned as we discuss steps to take their mental game to the next level.
